Wyatt Technology DynaPro Plate Reader II provides useful information about:

- purity of the sample
- molecular weight of the protein or protein complexes
- radius of proteins in solution (Rh radius from 0.5 nm to 1000 nm)
- protein aggregation
- sensitivity up to 0.125 mg/ml lysosyme (recommended starting concentration 2mg/ml or higher)
Low volume of samples required - 45-50 µl
Temperature range from 5 °C to 40 °C.
